DUNSEITH, N.D. — A special event marking the 25th anniversary of 9/11 will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at the International Peace Garden’s 9/11 Memorial Site. Everyone is welcome to attend the free event, and attendees should plan to arrive by 10:30 a.m.
