Our Story Hour was fantastic last week. Tammy read “When the Sky Roars.” The children did crafts after the story. Some made paper sack puppets, some made paper plate animal faces, and some of the older kids made wind chimes. They all turned out really nice.

After a 12-year break, the U.S. Army brought back their marketing slogan, “Be All You Can Be.” From 1980 to 2011, the motto had played a lead role in a multimillion-dollar recruiting effort. The top general added his encouragement, “You can be anything you want in the Army.”
