Walhalla man dies in Pembina County rollover The North Dakota State Patrol continues to investigate an August 21 crash that killed 27-year-old Andrew Lee of Walhalla. Authorities say Lee’s vehicle left Pembina County Road 3 near Drayton, struck a roadway approach and overturned. Lee, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene.
