The roar inside the Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena in Italy shook the rafters. Red, white and blue flags waved wildly. When the puck slipped past the Canadian goalie in overtime, sealing a 2-1 victory and gold medal win for the U.S. men’s hockey team, celebration erupted.
