Munich Oktoberfest returns Aug. 14

Oktoberfest returns to the Munich Plaza from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14. The family-friendly festival will feature food, entertainment, children’s activities and contests. Traditional lederhosen and dirndls are encouraged but not required.

EVENT SCHEDULE

4 p.m. — Mayor Craig Schommer opens the festival with the traditional keg tapping.

4:30 p.m. — Registration begins for the Rough Rider Pedal Pull.
