John Deere faces lawsuit
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, alongside Illinois Attorney Generals and the Federal Trade Commission, have filed a lawsuit against the tractor manufacturing giant John Deere. The plaintiffs accuse the company of violating state and federal laws for not allowing customers options in repairing farm equipment.
