Devils Lake man makes initial appearance
In Northeast District Court, Timothy Charles Duciaume, 30, of Devils Lake made his initial appearance on Monday. Duciaume is accused of burglary and criminal trespass at the Wales school in 2024. He was arrested in May this year after DNA evidence connected him to the crime scene. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 4.
