St. Thomas man faces eight felonies
An initial court appearance was held on Monday for Saint Thomas resident Andrew Arlen Mattson, 39. Back on Sept. 30, Mattson was the center of a public disturbance outside of Minto, allegedly jumping at passing motorists on Highway 81 as well as assaulting and spitting on responding officers. He is facing eight Class-C felonies.
