On Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024, the Pembina County Historical Society hosted its 31st Annual Pioneer Machinery Show in Cavalier, N.D. This year’s theme of “harvest” brought the community together for a day filled with history, demonstrations, and family fun, drawing around 1,000 attendees to experience life as it was 150 years ago.
