Sitting Rolette County Commissioner Craig Poitra was arrested last week and charged with corruption of a minor age 15 to 17 by an adult age 22 or over, a Class C felony which carries a sentence of at least one year in prison.
Poitra was jailed in Bottineau County after being arrested. He is assumed innocent until proven guilty.
