GRAND FORKS, N.D. — A traffic stop for a burned-out headlight in Grand Forks County ended with three people being arrested on fentanyl distribution charges. On Sept. 13, a county deputy stopped the vehicle on U.S. Highway 2. The driver was identified as 35-year-old Paulette Schill of Grand Forks. Her passengers were 36-year-old Bradlee Age and 42-yearold Edwin Chinchilla, both of Fargo.
