LANGDON, N.D. - The first Youth for Change Tobacco Summit was held Wednesday, March 4, at Langdon Area High School from 8 a.m. to noon. Students in grades 7 through 12 and school staff spent the morning in learning, discussion and leadership activities focused on tobacco prevention and youth advocacy.
