Lankin man waves preliminary rights

Body On Monday, a Lankin man waived his preliminary rights in Northeast District Court and pled not guilty to a trio of criminal offenses. This past August, Cody John Thorsteinson, 31, was arrested after officers responded to a residence on a verbal domestic report.

Body An Oklahoma man accused of selling methamphetamines in northeast North Dakota made his initial court appearance on Monday. In October, the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force performed a drug investigation at the Motel 66 in Drayton.

Body The Fort Pembina Historical Society will be hosting a baked potato bar on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Larry Wilwant Community Center in Pembina from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The meals are available for a free will offering.
