Grand Forks man faces child pornography charges

A Grand Forks man accused of child pornography possession was arrested by officials last Thursday. A warrant for 33 year-old Juan Carlos Cedeno Carrera’s arrest was issued the Wednesday prior.

D’Angelo James Hunt, 26, of the Spirit Lake Nation, appeared in federal court on Monday afternoon, waiving his detention hearing. Hunt is accused of the murder of his brother, Isaac James Hunt, 28, who went missing in March 2024.

North Dakota State University held its 51st annual Harvest Bowl on Nov. 15 at the Fargodome in Fargo. Since 1973, the NDSU Harvest Bowl program has been recognizing the success, dedication and hard work of outstanding agriculturists in 53 counties in N.D. and 10 counties in Minnesota.
