Back on Aug. 25, 2024, Trey Alan Lafferty, who was 31-years-old at the time, drove his vehicle into the back of a John Deere tractor. He was arrested by responding officials after he was discovered to be in possession of fentanyl and was potentially driving while under the influence of drugs.
