Body The International Peace Garden (IPG) will hold a 9/11 Memorial Event on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 11 a.m. at the 9/11 Memorial Site. The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 10:30 a.m. and take seats by 10:45 a.m. for the 11 a.m. ceremony.
