Body
By Borderland Press Staff An arrest warrant has been issued for a Langdon man accused of delivering methamphetamine in Pembina County. According to court documents, Ryan Blair Magnus, 53, has been charged with the Class B felony of delivery of a controlled substance. A warrant for his arrest was issued Friday, March 6. The charge stems from an investigation conducted by the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force involving a controlled drug buy in Drayton on Oct. 20. According to the case affidavit and criminal complaint, a confidential informant working with investigators obtained 29.4 grams of methamphetamine from Magnus. Authorities allege Magnus delivered the drugs to the informant inside the men’s restroom at Drayton City Park. Court documents further state the methamphetamine allegedly originated from Rory Hite, who investigators say was staying at Motel 66 at the time.
