The 4-H Crystal Clovers spent their November club meeting making shelf-stable cake kits for the Pembina County Emergency Food Pantry. The kit included a box of cake mix, frosting, a can of ginger ale, and candles in a disposable baking pan. They made 25 kits. These kits are a great option for birthdays or celebrations.
