Devils Lake, N.D. —The Devils Lake Elks Lodge #1216 supports its community with the donation to the ND Freedom Fund. The ND Freedom Fund is a project that aims to honor veterans during Military Appreciation Month in May 2026. In 2025, the ND Legislature passed HB 1148. In this bill, the month of May is proclaimed Military Appreciation Month in North Dakota.
