LAES students and teachers kicked off Reading Month on March 2 with plenty of Olympic-style excitement. In true Olympic fashion, the celebration began with an opening ceremony - where all students, teachers, and staff participated in the passing-ofthe- torch. The energy continued with a parade of countries, as each grade level represented a different country in the procession.
