P.E.O. Memorial Scholarship winners announced

The P.E.O. Memorial Scholarship began when Chapter U of Langdon received a bequest from Fred E. Hawley in memory of his wife, Chelta Hamilton Hawley. Since then, the scholarship has grown to include funds raised through memorials for other P.E.O. members, gifts to the local chapter, and fundraising by our members.
