What started with a county fair pageant for a young girl in 4-H has led to a state title for 15-year-old Audrey Emerson of Pembina. Emerson was recently crowned Miss North Dakota’s Teen USA, earning the opportunity to represent North Dakota at the national competition in Miami, Florida, later this summer.
