It’s all a matter of time 5 a.m. — Start setting up tents and smoke stations and realize this is going to be the year that I finally place first in Ribfest.
6 a.m. — Set up the concession stand for the seniors. Really wishing I was organized like Maria Hoffman, as there is no one like her when it comes to setting up an efficient stand.
