The fundraising campaign for the Walhalla pool received a major boost last week with a $75,000 anonymous donation.
Cheryl Trupe said that gift, along with several other donations, leaves the campaign less than $128,000 short of its $1.4 million goal. Organizers are also working to finalize several additional contributions. “It feels so good knowing we are this close,” Trupe said.
