Youth Outdoor Festival planned in Minot

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department, local wildlife clubs and other sponsors will host the 19th annual Youth Outdoor Festival from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at the Game and Fish Conservation and Outdoor Skills Park on the North Dakota State Fairgrounds.
