The Pembina County 4-H Council has awarded $500 scholarships to eight graduating seniors in recognition of their involvement and dedication to 4-H.
Recipients are:
•Ben Carpenter of Walhalla, who plans to attend Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota.
