Three people are facing criminal charges following an incident at a Walhalla cemetery. On Sept. 9, Pembina County law enforcement received a report of a red SUV that had nearly struck a pedestrian. According to an affidavit filed in the case, the SUV was seen traveling into the Lutheran Cemetery, also known as Hillside Cemetery.
