National Weather Service releases updated outlook

The National Weather Service has released their updated 2024-25 Winter Outlook for North Dakota. Meteorologists are predicting a La Nina pattern is expected to appear this fall and run through this winter. They predict this pattern will be weaker, though, so its events – which in N.D. means colder and wetter conditions - won’t be as pronounced.
