Elizabeth is a 1.5 year old female. She has had a rough path, finding herself breed banned, rehomed twice, then dumped near Pembina. She spent too many days in the cold until rescuers from Fargo were able to trap her. Elizabeth cannot live with cats but is still looking for a warm forever home.
