We had a wonderful turn out at our first Summer Reading Program. There were a lot of kids. Joan Chaput read ‘A Coat of Many Colors’ and ‘Phiona the Flamingo.’ They taught the kids about love and how it's okay to be you. Then they made colorful stained glass pictures with tissue paper and sticky paper. It turned out really cute, and the kids loved them.
We had hotdogs, chips and lemonade for lunch. …
