Name released in fatal motorcycle crash
The North Dakota Highway Patrol released the name of the victim in the fatal motorcycle crash in Pembina County over the Father’s Day weekend. Elian Martinez, 25, of Cavalier, was travelling south on I-29, about three and a half miles south of Pembina when his motorcycle left the roadway and rolled over. The Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate.
