NDSU Extension The Cavalier County 4-H program offered a new shooting sports program this summer. North Dakota 4-H hosted a ND 4-H Virtual Shotgun League and ND 4-H State Tournament. Lawrence Henry became certified as a ND 4-H shooting sports coach, so Cavalier County 4-H members could participate.
