Boys earn first team victory as runners post season and personal bests
The Cardinal cross country team continues to make strides as the season moves into its second half.
Head coach Kiara Groth has 19 athletes on the team this season — 17 boys and two girls. The Cardinals began the season focusing on stamina and mileage before recently shifting toward speed and incline training.
