Grand Forks woman charged with kidnapping

A change of plea hearing has been scheduled for a Grand Forks woman accused of kidnapping a child. In October 2024, Child Protective Services was called to the Quality Inn in Grand Forks after a three-yearold was found in a room where a drug investigation was taking place.
