A chilly but not horrible first day of November saw the Langdon-Munich Cardinals host the Hillsboro-Central Valley Burros in a quarterfinal game of the Class A 11-man football playoffs. The Cards came up with a big game on defense, getting their fourth shutout of the season, 25-0.
