Liam was born in Fargo, N.D., on November 18, 2014. to Scott and Meghan Douglas. He was the oldest child, and he did his best to ensure that his younger brother, Byron Matthew (8), and sister Emalyn Grace (5) would have fun. Whether it was including them in his random movie reenactments, singing concerts, impromptu at-home dance recitals, or simply being patient enough to play one more game with them, he did his best to be a loving big brother.

Liam enjoyed writing stories, playing Minecraft, drawing, dancing, having nerf wars, and re-enacting scenes from his favorite movies. He loved going on tractor rides at the farm and packing lunches to take with him on the tractor. One of the most cherished parts of his day was his bedtime routine with his dad, filled with prayers, storytime, and the warmest hugs and kisses – a ritual of love that will forever be treasured. He had a kind soul and a big heart and made sure all those around him felt all the love a little boy was able to give.

Liam is survived by his parents, Scott and Meghan Douglas; his siblings, Byron (8) and Emalyn (5); his nanna, Ruth (Ronnie) McIntyre; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and extended family that are too many to name.
