Kathryn “Lee” Thompson

Kathryn “Lee” Thompson, 80, of Munich, N.D., passed away Nov. 26, 2025, at Langdon Prairie Health in Langdon, N.D.

Lee was born June 28, 1945, in Orange County, Cali., to Charles and Wilma (Holloway) Cagle. She married Gary Thompson on Aug. 9, 1985, in Langdon, N.D. At the age of 38, she went to college to be a nurse and worked as a LPN for over 20 years in the local nursing homes. She loved sewing, quilting, and making craft dolls.

Lee is survived by her husband, Gary, of Munich, N.D.; sons Shaun (Nicole) Thompson and Jason (Kristina) Thompson; grandchildren: Jacob, Emily, Matthew, Sophia, Kaitlyn, Caden, and Trevor; great-grandchildren: Leia, Colt, Dixson, and Alea; and siblings Charles Cagle Jr. and Claudia Marthaller. She was preceded in death by her parents.
