Let's celebrate and then celebrate some more Wow, there are a lot of activities happening in our area as we write. The 31st Annual Rendezvous Region Musicfest is about to or already has started in Langdon.

Langdon Post 98 Red Sox come off mid-season break with three wins

Cody Amble hits his first career home run in win over Park River It had been since June 15 when the Langdon Post 98 Red Sox American Legion baseball team played a game. They got back to it with two league District 5 games at Grafton on July 2 then on July 7 at home against Park River.

In a first in the longtime history of the Langdon athletic program and the Langdon Area schools, Langdon-Munich volleyball coach Rich Olson was a finalist for National Volleyball Coach of the Year at the National Coaches Convention, which was held in Coralville, Iowa, June 29-July 1.
