Junior Nadia Lewis of the Langdon- Munich girls golf team competed at the State B Golf Tournament held at Pheasant Country Golf at South Heart on Sept. 29-30. Lewis finished right in the middle of the pack, taking 52nd place in a field of 120 golfers, and shooting a two-day score of 188.

By Jake Kulland, Sports Editor For the second time in a week, the North Border Eagles played the Larimore Polar Bears in girls' volleyball, and also for the second time, the Eagles lost to the Polar Bears - this time by a sweep, 3-0.

Cardinals beat Thompson to stay unbeaten at 6-0

The Langdon-Munich Cardinals football team hosted the Thompson Tommies for the first time in several years when they met on Sept. 26. After a close game early, the Cards got going and blew out the Tommies, 34-6. With the win, the Cardinals are now 6-0 on the season and 4-0 in conference play.
