Anna Magdalen Jochim, 95, of Sioux Falls, S.D., passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, at the Ava House Hospice surrounded by family, love and prayers. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 14, 2025 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls, S.D. Visitation will be one hour prior to her Celebration of Life Service, with family present. Burial will be in the Saint Edwards Cemetery, Nekoma, North Dakota at a later date. Visit www.georgeboom.com Anna was born on Sept. 12, 1929, in Nekoma, N.D., the cherished daughter of Joseph and Anna Bachel. Raised on a family farm, Anna's early years were spent alongside her brothers and sisters, helping with chores and finding joy in the simple pleasures of rural life, especially the company of her beloved cats, a love that would stay with her throughout her life.

Mass of Christian Burial was held June 5, 2025, in Langdon, N.D., for Ray Borho, 96, of Langdon, who passed away May 31, 2025, at Langdon Prairie Health. Ray was born May 22, 1929, near Dresden, N.D., to Albert and Delina (Beaulieu) Borho. He grew up in the Dresden area and attended a country school in South Dresden Township. Ray graduated from St. Alphonsus in 1946. He went to Coyne Electrical School in Chicago and returned to the Dresden area where he farmed and did electrical work. He was very active at the St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Wales and the Cavalier County Museum in Dresden. On March 3, 2011, Ray married Marilyn Kram at the St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Wales.

Thomas Glenn Twaddle was born Oct. 30, 1943, along with his twin brother, James, in Devils Lake Hospital to Arthur and Judith (Syverson) Twaddle from Edmore, N.D. They moved from Edmore to Langdon in 1952. In 1964 he entered the army. Thomas was in the army for two years then came back to Langdon in 1966 and worked for Swede Bartlett. He then attended college in Wahpeton, N.D., and became a typesetter. He married Katherine E. Aamot, daughter of Esther and Carl Aamot of Osnabrock, N.D., on May 27, 1969, in Sisseton, S.D. On Nov. 19, 1973, a son, Tyrus Thomas, was born. Tom was an avid hunter, whether deer or waterfowl. He loved it. He had many businesses in his life in Osnabrock, Neche, and in South Dakota where he had three businesses. Tom retired to New Mexico, lived in Arizona, Missouri and then moved back to Osnabrock.

Soli, 88, of Milton, who passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Lake Region Healthcare in Elbow Lake, Minn. Inurnment will be at the Milton Memorial Cemetery, rural Milton. Military Rites will be provided by the Milton American Legion Post #179 and the U.S. Navy Funeral Honors team.
